I was locked out of my apartment (forgot the keys inside), my super would not help and say he does not have the key, or has it but does not know which one is which because they are not labeled ... imagine the nightmare. I contacted this company early in the afternoon, they were really responsive and willing to help. The $75 flat fee was a key selling point to me as I like to avoid any hidden fees or bad surprises. We met at my building, he had one look at the lock and immediately knew how to proceed. Unfortunately the lock at to be broken and replaced. He took the time to explain the mechanism and to give me some friendly advice. All and all, a smooth, painless and effective service. Would warmly recommend to anyone who is locked out and needs immediate and quality service to regain access to their apartment.

I've always had trusting issues with locksmiths because they tend to overcharge, but Andrew was so great. I called Saturday 9pm to try to get a copy of new keys and he told me I could just come by. Just as he told me over the phone, he made me copies quite quickly....for only $4! And he accepts cash, credit card, AND Venmo. Such a chill, honest guy with fantastic service.
